It also means unfortunately, that there is probably no shortage of scams, rugs and even honest projects that fail to compete. There are many, new farms and other AMMs being launched at BSC every day but most of them are offshoots of PancakeSwap or Goose. But there are differences to note here. Many new farms are basically coming with PancakeSwap built-in features, which means platform users will be limited to the functionality and market that PancakeSwap provides. So, to mark the uniqueness ApeSwap makes a difference by controlling the platform by creating your own farm as well as DEX and AMM. This means that over time the platform can experience development as needed. ApeSwap will not be a reflection of PancakeSwap.

Wouldn't ApeSwap be a true crypto project without dipping its fingers into the NFT space? So it is our pleasure to present to you, Non-Fungible Apes! They launched on April 8th and sold out in less than 2 minutes, some have resold up to 32x their original sale value!

What are Non-Fungible Apes?

Non-Fungible Apes (or NFAs) are a collection of 1,000 unique, rare, immutable, cryptographically generated digital apes. Each ape is created by characterizing a string (such as "Strong Ape") to randomly generate a series of 6 characteristics: Base, Face, Frame, Mouth, Eyes, and Top.

Each characteristic has a different probability of appearing in each ape generation, making some characteristics much rarer than others. For example, only 32 monkeys had laser eyes and only 107 monkeys had sunglasses. Each ape has a score generated based on the combined rarity of its characteristics (more details on rarity can be found on the Github repo ).

We then categorized the scores into one of five different levels to determine overall rarity. The rarity levels are as follows:

Common Chimpanzees: Grade 1 (500 NFA) - Most common
Native Orangutan: Tier 2 (250 NFA)
Captivating Apes: Level 3 (150 NFA)
Primary Primates: Grade 4 (70 NFA)
Magic Monkeys: Tier 5 (30 NFA) - Most rare

We've updated the smart contract code for Non-Fungible Apes to now comply with the 721 standard so that more platforms (such as third party markets) can support it. The NFA no longer uses CryptoPunks codes.

Non-Fungible Apes was launched on April 8th and was a huge success. Our NFA sold out in less than 2 minutes! And if that's not enough, the aftermarket at Treasureland and Lootex is now open, with NFAs becoming increasingly valuable - some even up to 32x the original listing price.

Non-Fungible Apes will be released and sold in batches of 100, with the first batch having a listing price of 0.25 BNB for Common Chimpanzees, with increased prices for apes with rarer characteristics and special names. Only 1,000 Non-Fungible Apes will ever be released.

So what's your plan with the NFA?

While NFA is a cool novelty for our ApeSwap collectors, we have full intentions of bringing true utility to our Non-Fungible Ape holders. True, the NFA will not only become more valuable over time from a scarcity perspective, but also from a utility and use case perspective.

Initially, the NFA will be integrated into the ApeSwap.Finance platform as a profile photo and a dedicated NFA / NFT page where users can view their collections and explore the entire collection of apes. Unique features of ApeSwap Finance

Exchange

The ApeSwap platform enhances token trading / exchange through automated liquidity pools. A 3% transaction fee is charged on each token exchanged. This fee is used as follows:

0.25% is set aside to settle in Apes (liquidity provider).

0.05% is sent to the Development Treasury for future development.

Mining

This involves depositing BANANA tokens in one of the Liquidity pools on the platform. Stored tokens get several rewards as profit.

There is a small risk associated with risking tokens in the Liquidity pool, but that does not result in a final loss of tokens. Nevertheless, it is better to stake the tokens than to keep them in a wallet.

Banana Frenzy

This is a pilot mining campaign run by Apeswap financial protocol. It is uniquely designed to operate as follows:

The first 72 hours, 40 BANANA are mined per block.

The second 72 hours, 20 BANANA are mined per block

After that, 10 BANANA are mined per block.

The platform community will burn 10% of all prizes and use it for operating activities.

Agriculture

Users who wish to take part in farming groups will initially deposit BANANA and other popular tokens in the Liquidity pool.

Early agricultural ponds were BABANA / BNB, BANANA / BUSD, BNB / BUSD, BTC / BNB and ETH / BNB.

The roadmap for the milestone for 2021 has been outlined on the platform's blog and anything that goes well must be accomplished in time.
